15 to 30 second

speculative commercial script

INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT

A TEENAGER cries watching a sad movie on their laptop in bed.

A gold potato with an animated face and arms pops up on their shoulder, hugging their neck.

EXT. PARK - DAY

A CHILD falls over and cuts their knee.

Our potato friend pops up again, covering their knee with a plaster.

INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY

A WOMAN rushes around the house, frantically searching for something.

Out dives our potato friend from under the couch cushion, dangling her keys triumphantly.

INT. SUPERMARKET - NIGHT

A MAN is in the crisp aisle, glancing between his watch and the options on the shelf.

Our potato friend nudges a packet of Walkers Crisps towards him.

EXT/INT. HOUSE PARTY - NIGHT

The front door opens. Balloons and streamers are seen inside. The HOST greets the MAN from the supermarket.

The MAN holds out a packet of Walkers as a party offering. Both smile at each other.

As the door closes, we spot our starchy friend one last time. They wink at us.
